Entain releases Racing Bet Builder at Ladbrokes and Coral in UK
Entain has launched Racing Bet Builder, a new horse racing betting product available across the UK and Ireland through its Ladbrokes and Coral brands, both online and in retail shops.
The tool allows customers to create personalised bets on a single race by combining multiple outcomes, with odds updating in real time. For instance, a Ladbrokes customers could back a horse to win and one to specifically finish third.
Entain said the product is designed to modernise racing betting and appeal to recreational punters accustomed to bet builders in other sports. Odds update in real-time as selections are added and can reach up to 100,000/1, delivering a small-stakes big-win experience on a race like never before.
Ladbrokes and Coral’s parent company also announced they will launch new markets ahead of the big racing festivals, giving customers even more ways to tailor and enhance their betting experience during the sport’s marquee moments.

Racing Bet Builder is live on all UK and Irish races and is also accessible via in-shop self-service terminals, marking a first for retail racing betting.
While Bet Builders are very popular they have come under criticism and are often panned as a bad bet because they can combine multiple highly correlated selections, which can significantly reduce the true odds, and increase the bookie’s margin.
