The Strikers have seriously boosted their bowling attack with the addition of left-arm orthodox bowler Danny Briggs, who is the leading wicket-taker in the T20 Blast in England. He will form a lethal combination with gun Afghani Rashid Khan, while Sussex batsman Phil Salt is also available for the entire tournament.

Adelaide have been backed heavily for this game and we just can’t see the Hurricanes scoring enough runs to be a serious threat. The Strikers spinners Khan and Briggs are going to be exceptionally tough to score off, while recruit Matt Renshaw will add some starch to the top order, that has lost experienced hitter White.
