PlayaBets betting was founded in 1990 as a retail betting operation with many shops located across South Africa. In 2014 the company launched its online betting arm and it has also gained a solid foothold here.

The sports betting section of Playabets is where they excel. They probably have more different markets than any other online bookie in South Africa. These include the most popular sports and 1000s of daily markets, and PlayaBets sports betting is well laid out and easy to navigate.

One thing we did not realise when writing out PlayaBets review is the extent of the lotto betting available, which is obviously great for those who enjoy draw-style gambling.
