Evolution strengthens Brazil hand with Crazy Time release
Evolution has launched Crazy Time Brasil, a localised version of its flagship live casino game show, marking a further push into the newly regulated Brazilian market.
Crazy Time Brasil is now streaming live from the supplier’s São Paulo studio and is available at Brazilian gambling sites featuring Evolution’s online casino games.
Originally released in 2020, Crazy Time quickly became one of the most popular live casino titles globally, blending a money wheel format with interactive bonus rounds and high potential payouts.
Evolution’s LatAm CEO Mónica Umaña said the localisation of such a popular live dealer did not take much convincing.
“Crazy Time is one of the most played live casino games in the world. Its format makes it accessible to new players, while still offering the scale and variety that experienced players look for,” she said.
“Launching a fully localised version streamed from Brazil is an important milestone. It allows players to experience the game in Brazilian Portuguese, with presentation that reflects the local market. We believe this version will further strengthen its position in Brazil.”
The Brazilian edition retains the same core gameplay, including bonus features such as Cash Hunt, Pachinko, Coin Flip and the headline Crazy Time round, while introducing full Brazilian Portuguese presentation.
The action centres around the iconic money wheel and the two-reel Top Slot, building anticipation with every round. Four bonus games — Cash Hunt, Pachinko, Coin Flip and Crazy Time — introduce interactive elements including a shooting gallery, a coin flip and a puck drop mechanic.
Players may also enter the red door, unlocking a virtual bonus world featuring a large money wheel with multipliers of up to 20,000x.
The launch follows Brazil’s move to regulate its online betting and gaming sector, opening the door for licensed operators and suppliers to expand locally. Evolution said the release reflects its strategy of delivering tailored content for regulated markets, with Brazil seen as a key growth region in Latin America.
