TaDa Gaming launches jackpot feature with prizes up to 5x
Online casino players will have another way to win prizes on TaDa Gaming slots following the launch of TaDa Jackpot, a new feature that adds shared jackpot pools and bonus multipliers of up to five times the jackpot value.
The feature is designed to work across TaDa Gaming’s slot portfolio, allowing participating online casinos to offer additional jackpot prizes alongside the games’ existing features.
For players, the main attraction is the opportunity to compete for four jackpot tiers — Grand, Major, Minor and Mini — with a further multiplier potentially increasing the final payout.
Unlike jackpots tied to a single slot title, TaDa Jackpot can be added to multiple games, meaning players could encounter the feature across a wider selection of TaDa releases.
The iGaming supplier said the system is already operating in seven markets, with certification or launch preparations underway in another four.
Under the jackpot mechanic, a draw displays 12 coins in place of the usual slot reels. Players must match three coins from the same jackpot tier to claim the corresponding prize.
Winning players then spin a five-segment multiplier wheel, which can increase their jackpot winnings by up to five times.
The feature also displays current jackpot values, recent winners and previous draw results, giving players more information about the prizes available and the outcome of earlier draws.
However, the supplier has not disclosed the odds of winning each jackpot tier, the contribution made by individual bets to the prize pools or whether the additional feature changes the underlying return to player (RTP) of participating slots.
These details will be important when assessing the value of TaDa Jackpot compared with other casino jackpot products.
Casinos can offer either networked jackpots, where prizes are shared across participating operators, or exclusive jackpots reserved for their own customers.
That distinction could influence the size and frequency of available prizes, although TaDa has not published enough information to establish how the two models compare.
The company also allows operators to configure prize structures and jackpot terms to suit individual markets, meaning the experience may differ between casinos.
TaDa Gaming said early performance data showed Day-1 player retention increasing by between 5% and 10%, while average bets per player rose by 10% to 50%. The number of rounds played per player also increased by 12% to 30%.
Those figures suggest the jackpot feature is encouraging greater gambling activity, but they do not establish that players are winning more money or receiving better overall value.
Sean Liu, TaDa Gaming’s director of product management, said the system was designed to enhance the company’s existing games while giving online casino operators greater flexibility.
“TaDa Jackpot is designed to be a flexible tool to engage players and also one that enhances our existing ecosystem,” Liu said.
“TaDa Jackpot’s early results are particularly encouraging, with increases in retention, average bet and rounds played, all demonstrating its ability to add genuine value to the gaming experience.”
For players choosing between online casinos offering TaDa Gaming titles, the availability of TaDa Jackpot could become another point of comparison, particularly where casinos offer different jackpot pools or prize structures.
