LeoVegas wins two major awards in London as ICE in full swing

Leo Vegas has won two major awards in London at the ICE conference

LEO Vegas Casino has solidified itself as one of the premier online operators in the world, winning two major awards in London.

The popular website was crowned Online Casino of the Year and Mobile Operator of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards and the International Gaming Awards, which were presented at the beginning of the industry event ICE in London.

LeoVegas, which is licensed by the United Kingdom, Malta and others, defeated nine other nominees for the Online Casino of the Year after a vote by a group of industry expert judges.

Just a few hours later, The International Gaming Awards started, with LeoVegas again in the spotlight for the right reasons.

The twin wins gave LeoVegas plenty of free publicity with most industry movers and shakers in London for the conference.

LeoVegas CEO Gustaf Haman said winning the awards was a great acknowledgment for hard work the employees had put into the company.

“It’s an honor to accept two awards related to our casino product and mobile offering in one evening,” he said.

“These distinguished titles really reflect the hard work and effort that everyone put in during the last year. Here’s to another year of Leading the Way to the Mobile Future!”

LeoVegas continues to improve its online platform, with new games, improved functionality and apps in many regulated markets. But the casino’s effort in responsible gaming strategies was what gave it the most credit points with the judges.

The mobile award largely came on the back of the greatly improved sportsbook product, which is powered by LeoVegas’s own platform.

Other nominations for the Online Casino Operator of the Year included 888Casino, Mr Green, Cashmio, PartyCasino, Lapalingo, Sky Vegas, SlotsMillion, Mansion Casino and Wunderino.
