Florida resident in hit and run mission at IP Casino Resort Spa

A Florida resident has walked out of IP Casino Resort & Spa almost a a quarter of a million dollars richer, after snaring a massive progressive jackpot on an electronic gaming machine. 

The generous machine was Light & Wonder’s Blazing 7s Blackjack table which employs a side-bet as its progressive functionality — essentially the side bet goes into the pool and it’s triggered when the correct cards are dealt.

Boyd Gaming, the parent company of IP Casino Resort & Spa, said “Jeffrey” was betting $10 as his standard bet and placed a $1 side bet at around 2pm on Thursday. July 10. 

The lucky punter then secured three sevens to claim the huge jackpot and walk out of the casino a massive winner.

Essentially the progressive or blazing 7s game works by the player hitting three 7s, to make 21, the rarer the combination the bigger your payout will be
