Lobe, who joined Mohegan in 2008, will oversee the company’s global legal, compliance and risk management functions. He most recently served as Acting Chief Legal Officer and has played a role in mergers and acquisitions, governance and regulatory strategy across the business.
Sullivan, a veteran Mohegan executive with more than 15 years of experience in gaming, hospitality and entertainment, will lead the group’s global people strategy, talent development and organisational design initiatives.
Chief Operating Officer Joe Hasson said both executives had been instrumental to Mohegan’s success and would strengthen the company’s leadership team as it continues to grow its gaming, hospitality and digital operations across the United States and Canada.
“Joe and Kelly are both highly respected leaders whose long tenure at Mohegan and deep institutional knowledge have been instrumental to our success,” he said.
“Their leadership, expertise, and commitment to our organization strengthen our executive team as we continue to grow, evolve, and build on our position as a global leader in gaming entertainment and hospitality.”
Mohegan runs gambling and entertainment venues across the United States and Canada, including Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Ontario.
