Amusnet retains title as Bulgaria’s top software company
Casino games supplier Amusnet has been named Bulgaria’s leading software company for the second consecutive year, retaining the top position in the software category of Capital Media’s annual Digitalk 101 rankings.
The iGaming supplier also climbed to fourth overall in Bulgaria’s technology industry rankings, trailing only the country’s three largest telecommunications companies, highlighting the scale of its continued growth beyond the gaming sector. The rankings are based on companies’ 2025 financial results and measure software firms by revenue generated from software development and sales.

The Sofia-headquartered company said the recognition reflects a decade of expansion, with Amusnet now supplying casino games, live casino products and land-based gaming solutions across more than 35 regulated markets worldwide.
Chief executive Ivo Georgiev said the result was particularly significant as the company celebrates its 10th anniversary.
“Achieving this milestone in our 10th anniversary year reflects the strength of our business model, our talented teams, and the foundation we have built over the past decade,” he said.
“We remain committed to expanding globally and creating long-term value for the industry.”
According to the Digitalk 101 report, Bulgaria’s technology sector is entering a more mature phase, with product-led software businesses, gaming technology, fintech and cloud infrastructure emerging as the strongest contributors to long-term growth as demand shifts away from traditional outsourcing models.
Amusnet, which was founded in 2016 as EGT Interactive, rebranded to its current name in 2022 and has continued its rapid growth globally as more countries regulate online gambling.
