OpenBet agrees deal to acquire OmniLogic
OpenBet has agreed to acquire sportsbook technology provider OmniLogic as it looks to strengthen its position supplying betting technology to regulated lottery operators.
The transaction, for an undisclosed price, remains subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close before the end of 2026.
OmniLogic has supplied sportsbook technology to regulated lotteries and World Lottery Association members for more than a decade.

Its platform supports retail, online and mobile betting and includes trading, risk-management and back-office technology.
The company’s specialist team, primarily based in Győr, Hungary, will join OpenBet when the acquisition is completed.
OpenBet said the deal would expand its footprint across regulated lottery markets and add established operator relationships to its existing sportsbook technology business.
OpenBet president Nikos Konstakis said lotteries remained central to the company’s expansion plans.
“Lotteries remain the core focus of our growth strategy, and OmniLogic has built a strong reputation in this sector through long-standing customer partnerships and a deep understanding of their requirements,” Konstakis said.
“Bringing that expertise into OpenBet further strengthens our position in the global lottery market.”
OmniLogic co-founders Vicente Torrejón and Dávid Márk Gábor said joining OpenBet would give existing customers access to a broader product portfolio while retaining the company’s specialist expertise.
“For our customers, it brings the additional scale, capabilities and product portfolio of OpenBet, while maintaining the specialist knowledge and continuity they value today,” the pair said.
The acquisition forms part of OpenBet’s push to increase its exposure to government-regulated and lottery-backed betting markets rather than relying solely on commercial betting sites.
The London-based betting technology provider is in partnership with many of the biggest gambling operators globally, including Paddy Power, BWIN, Supergroup, Coral and SkyBet.
