Playson enters Kenya with Betika deal
Playson has entered the Kenyan iGaming market through a new partnership with Betika, marking a significant step in the supplier’s African expansion strategy.
The deal will see Playson’s portfolio of slots integrated onto Betika’s platform, giving players access to its titles in Kenya and neighbouring markets, including Uganda, via a single rollout.
Betika is widely regarded as one of Kenya’s leading betting operators and has a strong footprint across multiple African jurisdictions, including Tanzania, Ghana and Uganda.

Playson’s Senior Sales Manager Conor Jenner said the African expansion via Betika was sensible, given they have a huge reach in their target markets.
“Entering the Kenyan market is a major milestone for Playson, and doing so alongside a leading operator like Betika makes this step even more impactful,” he said.
“Betika’s strong market presence and deep understanding of its players provide an excellent foundation for our content to perform from day one.

The integration is being delivered through an aggregation platform, allowing Playson to deploy its casino games efficiently while meeting local regulatory requirements.
The partnership represents Playson’s first confirmed entry into Kenya, despite the supplier already operating across numerous regulated markets globally.
