Playtech games now available at Ember Casino in New Jersey
Playtech has expanded its longstanding partnership with Delaware North, launching Ember Casino in New Jersey as both companies deepen their push into the regulated US online gaming market.
The rollout marks the latest stage of Delaware North’s digital gaming expansion under the Ember Casino brand, with New Jersey becoming a major launch point in the operator’s broader multi-state iGaming strategy.
Under the expanded agreement, Ember Casino players in New Jersey will gain access to a significantly broader gaming experience powered by Playtech, including a larger selection of online slots, table games and live dealer titles.

Playtech’s General Manager in the USA Jonathan Doubilet said the partnership with Delaware North continued to be an important part of their growth strategy in North America.
“Our partnership with Delaware North continues to evolve and remains an integral part of our wider U.S. growth strategy,” he said.
“Our wealth of experience in New Jersey and knowledge of player demands gives us great confidence that this extension of our collaboration will help Ember Casino succeed in the state.
“Together, we have already produced innovative, engaging gaming content and we look forward to strengthening our partnership further in another state.”
The partnership will also bring enhanced responsible gambling tools to the platform, with Playtech providing additional player protection measures designed to promote safer gaming.
Ember Casino is a relatively new entrant to the US iGaming space, with Delaware North first launching the brand in 2023 as part of its effort to build a larger digital casino footprint beyond traditional land-based gaming operations. The brand has so far remained exclusively focused on the United States, with operations centred in regulated online gaming jurisdictions.
Before entering New Jersey, Ember Casino’s most notable presence was in Ohio through its social and digital gaming products, while Delaware North has also been actively positioning the brand for expansion into regulated markets including Pennsylvania, Michigan and other established US online casino states.
New Jersey represents a particularly significant market for Ember Casino given its maturity and scale. Widely regarded as one of the most competitive regulated iGaming markets in North America, the state generated more than US$2.3 billion in online casino revenue in 2025, with leading gambling sites continuing to battle aggressively for market share.
Delaware North Chief Interactive Gaming Officer Lee Terfloth said partnering with Playtech and their extensive catalogue of real money casino games and responsible gambling capabilities made sense, as they attempt to expand their digital footprint.
“This launch represents another important milestone in the continued evolution of the Ember Casino brand and our broader digital gaming strategy,” he said.
“Playtech’s platform, content and responsible gaming capabilities make them a strong long-term strategic partner as we continue expanding into new markets and enhancing the player experience across our growing digital gaming portfolio.”
For Playtech, the deal further strengthens its US expansion at a time when they have shown steady growth across New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ontario.
Founded in 1999, Playtech remains one of the largest gambling technology suppliers globally, with major operations across online casino, live gaming, sportsbook, online poker and bingo.
