Pragmatic Play releases Gates of Olympus 2500 slot
Pragmatic Play has returned to one of online casino’s best-known modern slot franchises with Gates of Olympus 2500, adding four different bonus modes and increasing the maximum win to 25,000x the player’s stake.
The new game went live internationally on September 28, with launches in Spain, Greece, Italy, Peru and Romania scheduled for October 26.
Gates of Olympus 2500 retains the familiar Zeus theme and tumble-based gameplay of the original, but the 6×5 slot uses a pay-anywhere mechanic rather than conventional paylines, with wins formed by landing eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the reels.

Multiplier symbols can now carry values as high as 2,500 and when multiple appear during a winning sequence their values are added together before being applied to the payout.
Four or more scatter symbols trigger 15 free spins, but the bonus isn’t always identical.
A wheel determines which of four bonus modes the player receives, creating substantially more variation than the free-spins feature in the original Gates of Olympus.
The online slot has a 25,000x maximum win and is classified as high volatility.
Pragmatic Play is supplying the game with RTP configurations of 96.52%, 95.50% and 94.50%, meaning the version available to players can differ depending on the casino and market.
The original Gates of Olympus has become one of Pragmatic Play’s flagship slot brands and has spawned several follow-ups and variations.
The latest version continues an increasingly common industry trend of revisiting established slots with larger multipliers, expanded bonus mechanics and higher maximum wins rather than abandoning recognisable franchises for entirely new concepts.
