Starvegas.ch quietly adds Playson slots to portfolio
Online casino supplier Playson has strengthened its presence in Switzerland after partnering with locally licensed operator StarVegas.
The agreement will bring several of Playson’s slot titles, including Thunder Coins XXL: Hold and Win and Coin Strike: Hold and Win, to Swiss players through StarVegas, which is operated by Casino Interlaken.
StarVegas COO Mayke Wolf said the addition of Playson games was already a smash-hit with players, saying the full contingent of their games were now available via their website.

Switzerland launched its regulated online casino market in 2019, with laws allowing only locally licensed operators linked to Swiss land-based casinos to legally offer online gambling products. The country also blocks many unlicensed offshore gambling websites through ISP restrictions.
Despite the tightly controlled regulatory framework, offshore online casinos continue to attract some Swiss players, particularly through mirror sites and alternative domains outside the local licensing system.
But continued improvements, like this StarVegas/Playson partnership shows a willingness from Switzerland’s regulated online casino sector to compete with the products available via offshore operators
