Setka Cup tips, predictions and odds; May 21 table tennis preview

Welcome to our tips and best bets for the Setka Cup table tennis matches being played on April 2.

The Setka Cup is a Ukranian-based table tennis league, that has gained a huge following since sports globally was shutdown because of the covid-19 crisis.

While we won’t claim to be experts on the Setka Cup itself, we do know a lot about table tennis betting and we’ve scoured the form to find some good value bets on today’s games.

Setka Cup best bet tips for April 2

We have found some value in today’s tips for the Setka Cup, which we will highlight below.

Leonid Boiko to defeat Vladimir Voronenkov

Boiko is almost 20 years younger than his veteran opponent, who is an extremely experienced campaigner in European table tennis. We think this is a truly 50-50 game, but we are leaning towards Boiko given his juicy odds of 2.10, while we think Voronenkov is a little too short at 1.60 in this one, despite his opponent’s erratic form of late.

Sergey Sokolov to defeat Victor Vakrushev

Sokolov is paying 1.45 for the victory against Victor Vakhrushev which we think is far too short. While Sokolov deserves to be favourite past match-ups between the pair, and current form, means this game could really go either way. We won’t be betting on this one, but the 2.50 on offer for Vakhrushev is tempting.

Makysym Cherepnin to defeat Aleksander Borodachev

Cherepnin has been one of the form players in the Setka Cup in 2020, and he will have too much class for veteran Borodachev. The 1.50 odds on offer at the top betting sites on a Cherepnin win are just too good for us to pass up, when we consider him to be an absolutely certainty. Cherepnin winning is our Setka Cup tip of the day.

Mikhail Voronin to defeat Oleg Obrazkov

Voronin is justifiably a 1.25 favourite with Betway to win his clash against Oleg Obrazkov (3.50) and we think the odds are about right in this one. Add Voronin to your parlays with confidence.
