GGPoker opens online satellites for WSOP Circuit Panama
Online poker players will be able to qualify for the upcoming WSOP Circuit Panama through GGPoker, with satellites offering seats to the $500,000-guaranteed Main Event.
Qualifying tournaments will run exclusively on GGPoker from September 26 to October 31 ahead of the WSOP Circuit festival at the Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino in Panama City from November 5-15.
Players will be able to progress through a series of online satellite steps to win entry into the $1,700 Main Event rather than paying the full buy-in.

Successful qualifiers will also receive 11 nights of double-occupancy accommodation at the five-star Sortis Hotel, although flights to and from Panama are not included in the package.
The festival will mark the third time the WSOP Circuit has visited Panama in less than two years, highlighting the country’s increasingly prominent position on the international poker calendar.
Panama made its WSOP Circuit debut in November 2025 before the tour returned for a second festival in May this year. The November stop will therefore be its third edition in around 12 months.
A total of 12 WSOP Circuit gold rings will be awarded during the November festival, with the $1,700 Main Event and its $500,000 guarantee providing the centrepiece of the schedule.
The Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino will again host the series, with the Panama City venue capable of accommodating as many as 80 poker tables.
Panama has become part of a growing WSOP Circuit presence across Latin America. Brazil and Uruguay have previously hosted Circuit events, while Mexico City was added to the schedule for the first time in 2026.
The WSOP Circuit also moved to a calendar-year schedule for 2026, with events running from January through December.
Panama City’s location and international flight connections have helped establish the stop as an accessible meeting point for players travelling from both North and South America.
The November festival will give players another 12 opportunities to capture a WSOP Circuit gold ring, with the complete schedule of individual events still to be announced.
Online qualifying begins on GGPoker on September 26 and continues until October 31, before live play gets underway in Panama City on November 5.
