NOVOMATIC to showcase jackpot games in Colombia
NOVOMATIC will showcase a range of linked jackpot and multigame slot products at GAT Bogotá 2026, including games the supplier says have already been tested on casino floors across Latin America.
The one-day gambling industry event will take place on October 15 at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel, with NOVOMATIC Colombia using the show to highlight several of its latest slot and jackpot products.
Among the games heading to Bogotá will be Rising Treasures, Xtension Link Evolution and Xtension Link Ultimate, alongside Superia Games Link 1.
Manuel Del Sol, CEO of NOVOMATIC Colombia, said the company will arrive at the event with data on how its newer products have performed with players elsewhere in Latin America.
“We’re bringing some of our latest launches to GAT Bogotá, with the advantage of already having real floor experience with these products,” Del Sol said.
“Tests carried out across the region have allowed us to validate their performance and player response, enabling us to arrive in Bogotá with innovation backed by concrete results.”
One of the headline products will be Xtension Link Evolution, which was recently named the top new game in Latin America in Eilers & Krejcik Gaming and Fantini Research’s Latin America Game Performance Report.
According to NOVOMATIC, the game recorded a performance index 2.93 times the house average.
The company will also showcase Xtension Link Ultimate and Superia Games Link 1. Both combine collections of games with linked jackpot functionality, allowing participating machines to contribute towards shared jackpot prizes.
Magic Games Premium HD Edition 5 will also return after making its Colombian debut at GAT Bogotá 2025, while NOVOMATIC will showcase its NOVO LINE Interactive Edition X3 collection.
This year’s appearance continues NOVOMATIC Colombia’s regular presence at the Bogotá event. The company showcased linked progressive products including GOLDEN LINK and IMPERA LINK Series 2 in 2024 before introducing Magic Games Premium HD Edition 5 the following year.
The event gives NOVOMATIC an opportunity to target Colombia’s substantial regulated land-based gambling industry.
Casino, bingo and slot machine venues operate as regulated “localized games” under Colombia’s state gambling monopoly and are overseen by regulator Coljuegos. Operators need authorisation and a concession contract before offering gambling at a venue.
Coljuegos reported in January that approximately 109,000 legal electronic slot machines were operating across more than 3,700 authorised establishments in Colombia.
The regulator has also tightened oversight of the sector during 2026, introducing a registry for companies importing and distributing slot machines. Machines must now be registered before being brought into the country, with their eventual destination reported following customs clearance.
