Brisbane host Port Adelaide at the Gabba on Saturday night in what is a clear match of the round.

The Power are sitting unbeaten at the top of the AFL ladder and have been in sublime form while in the hub in south-east Queensland. They have dispatched Fremantle and West Coast by 29 and 48 points the past two rounds but in the Lions they meet their toughest opposition of the season.

The Lions are in third place on the ladder and since the restart after the COVID-19 shutdown they have easily beaten Fremantle, West Coast and Adelaide.

Brisbane are of course holding home ground advantage for this clash and with one notable exception are at close to full strength.

Captain Dayne Zorko will be sidelined for up to a month with a calf injury and that leaves a big gap in their midfield. Youngster Thomas Berry has been include in his place, while veteran ruckman Stefan Martin returns in place of Archie Smith.

Port Adelaide stick with the line-up that crushed the Eagles and in Charlie Dixon they have the hottest key forward in the game.

Dixon has shrugged aside several indifferent years and is marking everything in sight and kicked six goals against West Coast. His battle with gun Lions defender Harris Andrews will be crucial.
