Rush Street Interactive has reported a 39% increase in third-quarter revenue to $385.9 million, although management has warned that growth across the US online casino market is beginning to slow.

The BetRivers operator reported adjusted EBITDA of $62.2 million, representing a 73% increase from the corresponding period last year.

North American monthly active players reached a record 300,572, reflecting continued customer acquisition across the company’s regulated markets.

Chief Executive Officer of RSI Richard Schwartz said the third quarter results were pleasing.

“Our third quarter results demonstrated the scale we’ve built into our business model. We grew revenues 39% while demonstrating continued operating leverage, even as we invested more in marketing where we saw attractive returns,” he said.

“Online casino remains the engine of our profitability, and we’re pleased to have reached a new quarterly record this period for monthly active users in North America.

“In Latin America, revenue growth continues to be strong on both a gross and net basis, and we are encouraged that customers who joined us during the World Cup continue to play across our products.

“In Alberta, we are now more than three months into our launch, and while we expect the ramp to be gradual, we’re excited about the opportunities in this new market.

“We enter the fourth quarter with a strong balance sheet, a scalable profitability model, continued marketing efficiency, and the flexibility to be opportunistic on how we invest in long-term growth.”

However, average revenue per monthly active player declined 15% to $309.

Management said recent trading suggested full-year revenue would finish towards the lower end of its existing $1.56 billion to $1.6 billion guidance range.

The company attributed the softer outlook partly to slower growth in established US online casino markets rather than a deterioration in its competitive position.

Rush Street remains optimistic about the potential introduction of regulated online casino gaming in additional US states.

Virginia is among the jurisdictions being closely monitored for possible legislative developments in 2027.

The results highlight the increasing importance of new market openings for operators seeking to maintain revenue growth as existing regulated markets mature.
