WINTERWORLDOFLOVE (1) ran a terrific race on debut when staying on beautifully for third behind SUPREME WORLD on June 23. She should relish the step up in trip and, from a good draw, will take plenty of beating. PEACH COBBLER (10) finished second in the same race and has solid form, with the wide draw her only real concern. SPURIOUS (5) just needed her comeback run on June 16 and will strip much fitter here. LANA’S GAL (2) showed good improvement at her second outing and also looks well suited by the extra distance.

BIG DEAL (8) produced a fair effort behind NAVASNINE on June 2 and could sneak into the placings on his best form. FATE OF PACE (2) ran a shocker behind MUTINY IN HEAVEN on May 24 but is much better than that and can make the Quartet pay if returning to her best.

MIGHTY MARY (6) has been rested for 91 days after an unlucky defeat behind CUTIE PATOOTIE on April 18. If she doesn’t need the run after the short break, she should go very close from a good draw. EISTEDDFOD (8) ran a terrific race for second behind BENEATH THE CLOUDS on June 21, has solid form and gets 2.5kg off her back. VROOM VROOM (7) moved up nicely before weakening last time and should now be cherry ripe. UNA THE UNICORN (9) has also been freshened and is much better than her latest effort, while her reduced rating makes her a value chance if returning to form.

MON PAPILLON (2) finished like a train for second behind BEFORE SUNRISE on June 27. The blinkers stay on, she has drawn well and looks the one they all have to beat. GIVEN TO FLY (11) finished third in the same race and her form since the blinkers went on has been very good. The big weight and awkward draw are concerns, but with some luck she should be in the placings. ELUSIVE GIFT (4) has dropped even further in the ratings and should be competitive from a favourable draw. MEG’S LEGACY (9) finished just over two lengths behind RAFFISH TREND last time and will be finishing strongly from just off the speed.

LYRICAL GANGSTER (7) has put together two encouraging efforts in succession and should again be right there at the finish. SHIFTING PATH (8) could prove the value runner after dropping further in the ratings and receiving a handy 2.5kg claim. PEACE OF MIND (4) has changed stables and is very quick on her day, making her another with definite winning claims.

Hollywoodbets Bright Future Middle Stakes
SARDINIA BAY (7), paying around 6.50 with South African betting sites, is much better than his latest effort behind UN BEL DI on June 21 and returns to his favourite course and distance, where his record is outstanding. FLYING FINLEY (10) is in excellent form after a smart victory on May 19 and the form has worked out strongly. He will need luck from the wide gate but has another big chance. UN BEL DI (9) quickened up impressively to score last time and was raised four points for that performance. If repeating it, he will again be right in the finish. ELUSIVE WINTER (8) possesses plenty of early speed, has dropped a point in the ratings and receives a valuable 2.5kg claim, making him a solid place chance despite another awkward draw.
