Port Adelaide produced a Houdini-like escape last round, when star small Robbie Gray converted a set shot after the siren to defeat Carlton, which sent them a game clear of the Brisbane Lions at the top of the ladder.
St Kilda have shown signs of improvement in recent times, having won three out of their last four, including a 23-point victory over Adelaide on Monday night. New Saints coach Brett Ratten would be happy to be sitting in seventh position, given they have so many new faces in their line-up in 2020.

We’re also tempted to bet on big Charlie Dixon to score goals in this one with the weather predicted to be clear, but remember the Saints are well stocked for key position defenders with Dougal Howard or Jake Carlisle his most likely opponent.

Port Adelaide deserve to be favourites in this game, but we think the odds for this one are a little bit too much tilted in their favour — remember it took them until the last kick of the day to knife Carlton. Meanwhile, St Kilda have a thrashing of Richmond and an easy victory over Carlton on their resume in the last month.
